This weekend our cabinets finally went up! They are knotty alder with a natural finish and oil-rubbed bronze knobs. I pictured a darker finish, but we wanted the floor & cabinets to be different.
This week the cabinets, electrical, & plumbing should get finished up. We're going to have a finished house on the inside, but the outside will still be waiting. I read in the newspaper yesterday that this March was the 2nd coldest on record, so I guess its understandable that the stucco & driveway aren't finished yet. If we can get some decent weather, we'll be able to move in before the end of April!
