A few months ago, my in-laws went to Arizona to visit Bree & Greg. While they were there, they went to a Cardinals game & Theron decided that if the Eagles ever played in AZ, he might have to make a trip down there. Earlier this season, the two teams played each other, but it was in Philadelphia. Well, the stars have aligned and now the Eagles and Cardinals are playing each other in the NFC championship game (the game that determines who goes to the Superbowl) and the Cardinals are hosting. With the three day weekend, how could we resist?
It took some work to get tickets, since the stadium sold out in six minutes. We finally found some on eBay that were reasonable enough. We'll leave Friday afternoon and drive to St.George where we'll stay with Theron's grandparents. Then Saturday we'll make the rest of a trip. I wish flying were an option, but with gas prices so low, it wasn't. Hopefully Logan will sleep. A lot.
