The basement walls are up and now its time for the plumber. But wait! No one can find the sewer and water hook-ups! Are you kidding me? Our contractor called the city, but they are clueless, so he called for a tractor to explore. What showed up was a huge backhoe on a semi-truck. It was a bit overkill for the job, but hopefully it will get it done. Oh the drama...
