Easter

This year we went down to Utah for Theron's mission reunion and spent Easter with his brother's family. They just bought a house in Herriman, UT and it was fun to stay with them. We got up on Saturday to go to an Easter egg hunt and it had snowed a few inches, but went anyway. We decided to park in a church parking lot next to the park and walk to the hunt. Due to the snow they had moved the whole thing into a pavilion and it was awful! We had to walk clear across this park (uphill) and then it was so crowded. They roped off the center, laid eggs and prizes on the floor and sent kids in by age group. Right when we got there it started so i had to shove through all the people to get Logan in. The poor thing was so cold by the time we got back to the car he couldn't care less about the 5 pieces of candy he got. Easter morning we had our own hunt inside (another few inches of snow outside) and it went much smoother, except that Logan wanted to eat the candy out of each egg before finding the next. :)

Lydia with her new Easter basket. She was way more interested in her aunt across the room than her mom with the camera. We got Logan this airplane at Ross. It's a take-a-part plane that came with a power drill and the whole thing comes apart into 10 pieces + screws. He loves it! It is pretty cool that he can take it apart and put it back to gether.

I couldn't get a picture of the two of them smiling. Logan was eating or waving or frowning or Lydia was looking at him so this was the best I could do. I am proud of myself for having a picture of Logan with his basket every year so far.
